Hello in Mandarin is simply ni3 hao3, literally "you good":
24625你好nǐ hǎo/hello/how are you/
nǐ hǎo
For more than one person, you can use the plural ni3 men5:
24626你们nǐ men5/you (plural)/
13666好hǎo/good/well/
nǐ men5 hǎo
It also has a polite form which should be used when addressing people you meet for the first time, or older family members:

nín hǎo
You can also extend it to say "Good morning":
41610早上好zǎo shang5 hǎo/good morning/
zǎo shang5 hǎo
There is also a special form for saying "Hello" on the telephone:
Saying goodbye
"Goodbye" in Mandarin has the same meaning as "au revoir" in French - "until we meet again!":

You can add the word for "tomorrow" 23688明天míng tiān/tomorrow/ to make "see you tomorrow":

The Chinese even have a special word for the cumbersome English expression "the day after tomorrow":
